We bake fresh bread every morning and cook food the way we do at home.

With over a decade of baking experience,

we know that good bread comes from consistency and care.

Every loaf we sell is made by hand, with thought and intention

just as it has been for years.

Handmade Fresh Pasta

Fresh pasta is simple in ingredients, but demanding in technique.

We prepare a variety of fresh pasta in house, including fettuccine, chitarra spaghetti, and different styles of gnocchi.

Each pasta requires a different dough, thickness, and handling.

Some need resting time, others careful shaping all of them demand attention and precision.

This process takes time, but it allows us to control quality from the very beginning.

It’s the way we believe pasta should be made.

We focus on balance flavor, texture, and how each ham or cheese pairs with our bread and dishes.

We work with a wide selection of Italian hams and cheeses,

carefully chosen for their quality, character, and tradition.

We carefully import a wide range of cheeses and cured hams from Italy,

along with a thoughtful selection of olive oils and wines.

Our selection also includes imported coffee, balsamic vinegar, dried pasta, and olives

each chosen with the same care and attention as everything else in our kitchen

Pasta

At Pane & Focaccia pasta is at the heart of what we do.

We offer both carefully selected dry pasta and our own handmade fresh pasta,

made in-house with the same attention and respect we give to our bread.

Our fresh pasta is crafted in small batches using traditional methods to achieve the right texture, bite, and balance with each sauce.

From classic Italian recipes to house specialties,

every pasta dish is prepared with intention

because great pasta is about simplicity technique, and quality ingredients.

Risotto

Risotto is prepared the traditional Italian way

cooked to order, patiently, and never rushed.

We use quality Italian rice and build each dish slowly,

adding stock little by little to achieve the right texture and creaminess,

without relying on cream.

From classic flavors like saffron and porcini mushrooms

to seafood risotto inspired by the Italian coast,

each plate is balanced, rich, and comforting.

Risotto is about timing, attention, and respect for the process

and every dish reflects that care from the first stir to the final plate.

Pizza

Our pizzas are made the traditional Italian way,

with a focus on a thin, crispy crust.

The dough is carefully fermented to develop flavor and lightness,

allowing the dough, sauce, and cheese to work together in harmony.

From the Grill

Our grill focuses on quality ingredients and precise, simple cooking.

We offer Wagyu ribeye with two options

from Japan or Australia

along with tenderloin, carefully prepared lamb rack,

and a selection of fresh fish.

Each ingredient is grilled with respect,

allowing natural flavor, texture, and balance to shine.

No heavy seasoning, no unnecessary extras

just good products, proper heat, and careful timing.
